           Jellyfish Business Solutions has been confirmed as the front-of-shirt partner for Glamorgan Cricket Club’s County Championship team for the 2026 season, marking a significant milestone in a partnership that has developed steadily over the past five years.
          &#xD;

           As the club’s Official IT Partner, Jellyfish has been working closely with the club since 2021, playing a vital role in the successful operation of Sophia Gardens as a major international venue, both on matchdays and behind the scenes.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Overseeing critical systems, including the Club’s IT network, managed print services and telephone infrastructure, this new sponsorship deal takes the partnership to the next level.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           “We are incredibly proud of the relationship we have built with Glamorgan over the past five years," said Jack Walsh, Managing Director at Jellyfish Business Solutions. "What started as an IT partnership has grown into something much more meaningful, and to now see our brand on the front of the shirt is a proud moment for us," he continued.

           A familiar scene for golfers at Whitchurch Golf Club has now changed forever - and for the better.

            For years, players on the 3rd tee had to climb a set of metal steps to check if the fairway over the hill was clear. It was an awkward ritual. Climb. Check. Climb back down. Tee off.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Over time, the steps wore out, were patched up, and the cycle continued.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The solution is simple, effective, and very modern.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Jellyfish installed a high-definition, weatherproof camera system overlooking the 3rd fairway, paired with a robust, outdoor digital display positioned next to the tee box.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Now, players can glance at the screen before taking their shot, confident that the fairway is clear.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This new system has removed the need for physical checks and manual guesswork. It’s faster, safer, and a much more polished experience for members and visitors alike.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           One such partner is Llanwern Golf Club, and after hearing a presentation Rhys Clark gave at a Golf Club Managers Association (GCMA) meeting, their club manager, Luke Bearcroft, contacted us to discuss their IT needs.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            They wanted to improve their wireless and networking services at the club to enable the club staff to work more efficiently and also to offer reliable wireless internet services to members, guests, as well as corporate events held at the club.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           After conducting an initial site visit, we discussed their specific requirements, which included:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Wireless provision around the area of the first tee, to be serviced from the Pro Shop
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Providing a connection for players to the various golf applications, such as HowDidiDo, ClubV1 and Wales Golf (World Handicap System).
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Issues with the existing wireless setup:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The main issue the club had was with the wireless provision around the clubhouse.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The signal came from a single router as opposed to access points located in positions that allow good distribution of wireless signal.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The signal was impeded by walls and obstructions, which resulted in the wireless signal being quite poor in areas such as the large bar area, the smaller bar area and the rear area near the locker rooms where there is a score terminal for members to use.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Telephone, IT Support and Office 365
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We also discussed the issues the club was facing with emails and how the club could save money by migrating to a VoIP phone system.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Project overview

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           After understanding the club's IT needs and working with them to develop a 360-degree solution that future-proofed the organisation, the project involved:

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✅ Replacing the current broadband circuit with a faster service
          &#xD;

           ✅ Replacing the switches and install access points throughout the clubhouse
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✅ Replacing the cable running from the clubhouse to the Pro Shop
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✅ Tidying up the cabling and switches behind the desk and in the office
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✅ Migrating Email to Office 365
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           ✅ Implementing Microsoft SharePoint for file sharing, collaboration and backup

           After a thorough assessment of their IT needs, we set up IT Support for all the club's computers and installed new Office 365 licenses for the staff adding security as well as matching up their email addresses with their website domain.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Print
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           The club had outgrown the desktop printer that was no longer meeting their needs, so we installed a multi-function printer which gave them more capacity as well as a multitude of helpful features.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Broadband &amp;amp; Wifi
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As part of local fibre upgrades, we were able to install FTTP (fibre to the premises), which meant they were able to get a much faster and more reliable broadband connection.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The club already had a number of Ubuiqiti access points around the clubhouse but needed better coverage in the pro shop, so we installed new access points there. This meant the pro and his staff could maximise their Trackman simulator and Zen putting facilities without any downtime, and the junior members of the club could now enjoy Wi-Fi in their dedicated room which is attached to the back of the pro shop building.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Telecomms
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            With the availability of FTTP, the club were able to cancel their leased telephone and move across to VoIP, which offers substantial monthly savings.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We were also asked to review the telecommunications hardware, and after assessing the club's needs for handsets at different locations around the site, we installed new Yealink handsets and a mix of desk and DECT phones (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephones).
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Jellyfish Business Solutions is celebrating the third year of its partnership with the Glamorgan County Cricket Club.

           The Cardiff-based IT, Telecommunications and Managed Print firm has been the Official IT Partner of the club since 2021, however, the partnership is a lot more than simply a sponsorship deal as Glamorgan CEO, Dan Cherry explains.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           "Our relationship with Jellyfish is quite unique in so much as they are more than just sponsors, they are an integral part of the running of the stadium."
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           With oversight of a range of systems including the IT network, WiFi, managed print system, telephones and much more, Jellyfish have a permanent team based at Sophia Gardens to assist with day-to-day operations.
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           "Having the team on-site is a huge bonus to the running of the stadium," said Mr Cherry. "Not only are they able to react to any issues that arise immediately, but they work to understand our people, our partners, sub-contractors and more to assess their needs and make sure the IT infrastructure is in place, which is particularly important on match days," he continued.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           With visiting teams, media, and sponsors, not to mention the potential for over 15,000 supporters, matchdays at the ground require precision planning when it comes to the IT network.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           "The Media Centre alone can house upwards of 50+ journalists, sports commentators, live broadcasters and more, so the network needs to be stable and operational, something we know we can rely on Jellyfish to provide," explained Dan.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;

           Alongside the operational partnership, the IT firm also has a brand partnership with the club and is not only a proud sponsor of the family stand but also has an executive box as well as its logo displayed prominently around the ground.

           They work with a range of clubs across Wales and one such example is Creigiau Golf Club, a picturesque parkland course nestled in the village of Creigiau, northwest of Cardiff.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Coordinated by sales executive Rhys Clark, the Jellyfish team worked closely with club manager Richard Brookman to understand the needs of the club and at the very early stages, a key obstacle was identified.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Exiting the club's existing phone contract
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The club had been tied into a particularly lengthy contract for their phone line and broadband which had the potential to prevent a number of the upgrades the club required.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           However, thanks to Rhys and the Jellyfish team, they were able to get them out of the old contract in a cost-effective manner that not only liberated the club from previous constraints but also paved the way for a comprehensive upgrade of its IT infrastructure, as he explained:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           "Not all businesses are in phone and broadband arrangements that limit the ability to have a third party install new infrastructure," said Rhys, "but when it does happen, it can be a pain, however, we have extensive experience in this area and are well placed to help most businesses exit such contracts."
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Upgrades and improvements 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Once the phone and broadband issue had been navigated, the team set about the installation and upgrade of a range of systems including:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ol&gt;&#xD;

            New Faster Broadband:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             The introduction of two new broadband lines, one for the clubhouse and another for the Greenkeepers' building, ensures robust and reliable internet connectivity across the club's premises. This enhancement is crucial for both the operational efficiency of the club and the satisfaction of its members, offering them seamless access to digital services.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            New PoE Switches:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches facilitate the delivery of power and data over a single network cable to devices like IP cameras and VoIP phones. This simplifies the network infrastructure and reduces the need for additional power supplies, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution for the club.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Managed Access Points &amp;amp; Firewalls:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             To support the new broadband and networking hardware, Jellyfish Solutions installed managed access points and firewalls. This setup ensures comprehensive coverage and robust security across the club, safeguarding sensitive data and providing a reliable Wi-Fi network for staff and guests.

            New VoIP Phone System with Yealink Handsets:

             Transitioning to a VoIP phone system modernises the club's communication capabilities. The latest Yealink handsets offer superior sound quality and features, enhancing internal and external communications. VoIP technology also offers scalability and cost savings on calls, an essential factor for the club's operational budget.

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Software Updates for the Club's Main PC:

        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Updating the software on the club's main PC ensures that key software programs run smoothly, supporting the club's day-to-day operations and enhancing overall productivity.

    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

            On Friday 29th September, Jellyfish Business Solutions held their inaugural Charity Golf Day at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club in order to raise as much money as possible for their chosen charity, City Hospice Cardiff.

           With over 100 golfers taking part, and many auction prizes donated by local business people and friends of the firm, the day was a huge success raising a fantastic £4,648.69 for City Hospice Cardiff and cementing the event as an annual activity for the firm.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           "We had a great day," said Rhys Clark and Mike Chick, the two Jellyfish staff members who spearheaded the organising of the event. "Not only was the weather on our side and the course in fantastic condition but with it being the first day of the Ryder Cup, a lot of the players stayed on into the evening to watch the opening games, which was the perfect end to a great day" they reflected.
          &#xD;

         The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the trend which has been building for the past decade.
         &#xD;

           Figures released by the Office for National Statistics show 35.9% of workers did some work at home in 2020, an increase of 9.4% compared with 2019.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           As the pandemic recedes, businesses in the public, private and third sectors, are weighing up whether to get staff back into their premises full time or allow home working permanently or a mixture of both.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           It might make great business sense, but research by the Royal Society for Public Health showed there are both pros and cons to home working for employees.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Many workers polled (45%) felt working from home was better for their health and wellbeing in many ways, but 67% felt less connected to colleagues, 59% said they felt isolated, and 56% also said they found it harder to switch off.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Despite that, most workers didn’t want to go back to working in an office full time – 74% wanted to split their time between home working and working in an office.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           It’s clear workers like the flexibility of home working but often miss the interaction with people in their workplace, its atmosphere, and the fun they can have with colleagues.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           So, employers need to think about how they can support their home workers’ mental health to ensure they remain happy and productive.

           During the pandemic, many businesses diverted calls from their traditional landline-based phone systems to employees’ mobile phones.

           Few businesses had time to order and buy work mobiles for their staff when the lockdown was ordered, so in some cases, these calls were diverting to the staff member’s personal mobile.

           That meant staff were often faced with out of hours calls and couldn’t transfer them to a colleague for help, so they had to hang up, call the colleague or text them, and pass on a message.

           Customers and suppliers were also using WhatsApp with the staff member’s phone numbers outside office hours, often leading to extra hours of work to answer those messages.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Combine that pressure with feeling isolated from colleagues and managers, and the situation can have a detrimental effect on mental health.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Switching to a VoIP system can help take some of the pressure off home workers and help them feel more connected to the team in the office.

           VoIP systems give free internal calls and transfers, wherever they are, and calls can be easily forwarded to mobile phones.

           You can still make local, national, and international calls, and your hosted telephone system has hundreds of useful features.

           The fact businesses could also make substantial savings when compared to standard landlines is great for the bottom line, too.
