Jellyfish Business Solutions Moves to New Cardiff Headquarters
Jellyfish Business Solutions has relocated to new headquarters at Cardiff Gate, as the South Wales technology company continues to expand its operations across the region.

Located just off Junction 30 of the M4, the new office gives the business improved access to its growing customer base across South Wales and the South West, while also providing additional space for future recruitment and development.
The move comes after a sustained period of growth for the company, which now supports more than 220 customers with services including IT support, cybersecurity, telecoms, connectivity, managed print and business technology solutions.
For Managing Director Jack Walsh, the relocation was about more than simply finding a larger office. “The business has changed a lot over the last few years," said Jack, "and we needed an office that worked better for both our team and our customers."
“One of the biggest positives already is having everybody together on one floor. At our previous office in Llanishen, the team was split across two floors, so this layout has brought people closer together day to day,” he continued.
The open-plan office has been designed to improve collaboration between departments, particularly the technical, customer support and sales teams, while also providing room to grow.
“We wanted somewhere that future-proofed the business,” added Jack.
“We are ambitious about where we want to take Jellyfish over the next few years, so it was important to move somewhere with the capacity to support that growth rather than needing to move again in a short space of time.”
The company officially opened the new office by inviting players and backroom staff from Glamorgan Cricket Club, Dragons RFC and Newport County AFC to take part in the inaugural Jellyfish Darts Challenge.
Jellyfish is the Official IT Partner to all three clubs and organisations, with the partnerships forming an important part of the business over recent years.
The event brought together players and staff for a relaxed afternoon at the new office, with Glamorgan pair Will Smale and Andy Gorvin eventually winning the tournament after beating the Jellyfish team in the final.
“We wanted to mark the move properly and also make it enjoyable,” said Jack. “We work with some brilliant people across our sports partnerships, and it was great to get everybody together in the new office for something a bit different.
The move also comes at a time when many businesses are reassessing how technology fits into their operations, particularly with the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence across multiple sectors.
Jack believes businesses are increasingly looking for practical guidance rather than technical jargon. “There is obviously a huge amount of conversation around AI at the moment,” he said.
“A lot of businesses are trying to work out how it fits into what they already do, and whether it can genuinely improve efficiency and productivity. That is where having the right IT partner matters. We are helping customers understand what is useful, what is secure, and what can realistically integrate into their existing systems without overcomplicating things,” reflected Jack.
While the address may have changed, the company says its focus remains exactly the same. Supporting businesses across South Wales and beyond with reliable technology, responsive service and long-term relationships built on trust.
